  1. Time will heal. Rest, drink warm liquids, take baths with rose petals floating, candles, no alcohol, no cold food or drink, avoid worry and conflict. Brains heal quite well, left to their own devices.

    Get the best quality essential oil of rose, and grapefruit, and peppermint. Drop onto tissues and inhale. When the scent fades, throw the tissues away. Put three drops of rose in your bath. Use the peppermint for nausea and to lift your spirits. The grapefruit to increase alertness.

    Four to six weeks from now you will feel better.
