  1. Really???????? Mind wandering, hmmmmmm – I think I need to read this article!

And lovely Queen of Research, if you ever feel so inclined, I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE you to post about the truth behind the Himalayan Pink Salt “sole” practice I read about on a holistic/integrative psychiatrist’s website!

I’ve started doing it and I’m embarrassed to say that I didn’t properly research it. I trusted the word of a slick New York City psychiatrist right away, mainly because she is a young woman, she has a holistic perspective, she’s a mom, and she seems intelligent!

Sending you lots and lots of love, beautiful Lady Samina!

    • My dearest Lady Dy, I did a quick search and I found this article that is very informative. Although I have no idea if what she claims about ions, etc is really biochemically true. She tells you how to make SOLE.
Have you tried it? How do you feel? Better? I may give it a try too as Iโ€™ve been having a lot of aches and pains and drinking salt water seems pretty benign. Lot and lots of love and hugs ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค— The article link is below.

      • Hi sweetness & thank you for the link. Your fickle friend here gave up sole a few days ago because it was nasty! Anythng nasty 1st thing in the morning isn’t worth it to me – there must be better holistic modalities in the sea, you know what I mean. I did my sole experiment for a whopping week and couldn’t tell any difference. I’m sorry about your aches and pains – what about Epsom salt baths and magnesium? (Not sure about magnesium but I know the Epsom would help!) I hope they go away ASAP, Lady Samina!!!! Love you!
