  1. Hi beautiful!!!! My psychiatrist is a huge believer in the benefits of meditation. He does TM 2X/day – 20 min. in the morning and 20 min. at night!!!!!! He keeps encouraging me to do just a little bit. At our last session, I asked him if we could meditate 3 minutes together and he said of course. The time went by really fast. We’re going to do that from now on but I only see him every 6-8 weeks so that will most likely be how often I do it, LOL!
