Great news! I think I already knew that. And I am definitely starting my Cooking Blog!! When I’m cooking, I feel really good, no worries, no depression, just the task at hand and then delicious food at the end of the process.
Some counselors, treating patients with issues such as stress, anxiety and depression, are turning to cooking classes to help them cope with mental health problems. The cooking classes can help patients not only feed their body—but nourish the mind simultaneously
